DNNUpdate is owned and operated by Inventua. Inventua reserves the right to change the DNNUpdate terms of service and DNN Update Developer Terms of Service, terminate service and/or terminate the right to participate of any developer or user as Inventua sees fit.  These terms are in addition to the DNN Update end-user terms of service found at http://www.dnnupdate.com/terms.content.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE.  As a condition of your use of the DNN Update service, you warrant that you will not use the DNN Update website, web services or related materials for any purpose that is unlawful in either your country of residence, or by the laws of Australia, or by relevant International laws.  You may not use the DNN Update website or services in such a way that could damage, impair, overburden or disable the DNN Update service.  You warrant that you will not interfere with any other party’s use of the DNN Update service.

MATERIALS PROVIDED TO DNN UPDATE.  You warrant that you own or control the rights of all materials uploaded to the DNN Update service and that you grant DNN Update permission to use your materials in accordance with these terms to display, redistribute, resell and transmit on your behalf.

DNN Update may remove any material at any time at its sole discretion.  Module developers who have modules removed from the DNN Update service will be notified as soon as practical following the removal.

END-USER SUPPORT.  DNN Update does not provide end-user support for any developer materials (modules) made available through the DNN Update service.  End-user product support is the sole responsibility of the developer.

COMMERCIAL CONSIDERATION.  Free modules and skins can be made available through DNN Update to end-users at no cost.  For commercial material, DNN Update provides a subscription service for developers to provide product updates to end-users in return for a fee which may include end-user support by the developer, point releases, or all product releases for the developer during the life of the subscription.  DNN Update will pay the developer 75% of all subscriptions sold through DNN Update at the close of each month, payable to a PayPal account.  The minimum fee per subscription transaction payable to DNN Update is $US2.50.
